I'm a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and health and fitness coach here to help you feel your best inside and out!

When it comes to health and fitness, I like to keep things simple. There's so much information out there, and I know how overwhelming it can feel to try to sort through it all on your own.

What workout program should you follow? What should you be eating? Are carbs bad for you?

Here’s the thing: living a healthy lifestyle should feel good. If it doesn’t, that doesn’t mean living a healthy lifestyle isn’t possible for you; it just means you need to go about it in a different way!

You don't have to follow a strict diet, or workout for two hours a day to live a healthy lifestyle. If that aligns with your goals, that’s great! But it’s not a requirement. Food can taste good and be good for you. Workouts can be quick and effective.

If you workout for just 15 minutes a day, that adds up to over 90 HOURS of physical activity every year.

Living a healthy lifestyle really just means you’ve made the commitment to prioritize your health and wellness, and when you’re committed to something, your mind automatically shifts from problem-focused, to solution-focused.

An uncommitted person says, “I don’t have time for a 30 minute workout, so I’m just not gonna workout today.”

A committed person says, “I don’t have time for a 30 minute workout, but I have 10 minutes. I’ll do what I can today, and make sure to schedule my workout tomorrow.”

At the end of the day, living a healthy lifestyle isn’t about being perfect; it’s about consistently making sure the choices that support your goals far outweigh the ones that don’t.

Can it still feel uncomfortable and overwhelming at times, even when you’ve been at it for years?? Of course! The question is: is that brief moment of discomfort worth the long-term benefits you’re receiving in return? If the answer is ‘yes,’ you’re on the right track!
