Easy Gluten Free Tortilla Pizza

Finding a good gluten free pizza can be hard, but with just 5 ingredients, this gluten free tortilla pizza is an easy way to satisfy your pizza craving!

This easy gluten free pizza features sweet, fragrant basil, warm, melty cheese, and a thin, crispy crust. The ingredients are simple, and can be found at your local Whole Foods or organic grocery store, making it the perfect weeknight meal!

Ingredients:

Makes 1

  • 1 gluten free tortilla (I love Siete’s almond flour, cashew flour, and cassava flour tortillas)

  • 2 tbsp organic pizza sauce

  • 1 cup organic shredded mozzarella cheese (preferably from grass-fed and/or pasture-raised cows)

  • 5 slices organic turkey pepperoni (I love Applegate Farms brand)

  • ½ tsp organic dried basil

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit (or plug in the world’s most awesome pizza machine).

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Gather your ingredients, and place your tortilla(s) on the parchment paper lined baking sheet.

  4. Top your tortilla(s) with sauce, then cheese, turkey pepperoni, dried basil, and a little more cheese.

  5. Bake tortilla pizza(s) for 5 minutes, check, and bake 2-5 minutes longer depending on desired meltiness and crispiness.

  6. Remove from oven, and allow pizza(s) to cool for 2-5 minutes*.

  7. Cut and enjoy!

*DON’T SKIP THIS STEP. Allow the tortillas to harden slightly before you cut them. If you don’t, they’ll be floppy, the cheese will get everywhere, and it’ll be a giant disappointing mess. I don’t want that for you. Just let them cool.
