Whether you want to change things up, or be more consistent with your workouts, my Weekly Workout Group could be for you!


The Weekly Workout Group is an online workout group that includes live weekly workouts.

Each workout includes a combination of cardio and strength moves that require minimal space and equipment, and workouts are just 30 minutes long.

We meet on Thursdays at 6:30 AM EST (yeah, it's early), plus one or two weekends per month!

The group is open to all fitness levels, and it's completely free to join!

Q: What kind of workouts do you do?

A: Full body! Expect a mix of cardio and strength moves in each class.


Q: Do I need any equipment to participate?

A: I recommend having light, medium, and heavy weights to use during each workout.


Q: What if I can't make it every week?

A: No problem! To stay in the group, you just need to attend at least one workout per month.


Q: Are the workouts recorded?

A: No. To participate in a workout, you'll need to attend live!


Q: What if I have to leave early?

A: No problem at all! Even if you can only attend for 15 minutes, it's better than not attending at all.
