From my experience, I've learned that there are three primary keys to success: CLARITY, COMMITMENT, and CONSISTENCY.
Step 1: You have to have clarity on your goals. Where are you going?
Step 2: You have to make a commitment to get there. Excuses aren't gonna cut it.
Step 3: Show up for yourself with consistency. This isn't a "once in a while" kind of thing. If you want results, you have to show up consistently.

How long is an online personal training session?
My online personal training sessions are 35 minutes long.
How much does an online personal training session cost?
My current rate is $30 for a 35 minute online personal training session.
How many personal training sessions should I do each week?
The number of sessions you do each week depends on your individual goals, but for most clients, I recommend starting with a minimum of two sessions per week.
How many sessions do I have to do before I see results?
That varies widely from person to person, and will be impacted by your lifestyle outside of your personal training sessions as well.
Do I have to commit to a certain number of sessions?
The minimum commitment for a personal training program is six weeks.
How will I know what workouts to do outside of my sessions?
The workouts you do outside of your sessions should be relevant to your overall health and fitness goals. If you're still not sure what to do, I'm happy to help you create a plan!
