Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Should a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice not be given, that session will be deducted from the client’s purchased sessions.

No-Show Policy

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible so I can do my best to accommodate you. If a client is 10 minutes late for a scheduled session, without prior, reasonable communication, the client will be considered a no-show, and the session will be deducted from the client’s purchased sessions. After a no-show session, the client will be required to pay a $19 No-Show Fee prior to receiving future services.
