This full body HIIT workout will literally leave you dripping in sweat (Cardi would be proud). Do each move for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between. After you've gone through each move once, take a one minute break, then do it again! There's NO SHAME in modifying, so if you need to bring in down to a light jog or walk in place, do it.
