5 Easy Meal Prep Ideas to Make This Week

If you read my post on The Easiest Chicken Fajita Bowls EVER, you know how much I loveee to meal prep. Give me a recipe with less than 10 ingredients, and I'm good (I mean, less than five would be ideal, but I don't want to be unreasonable). A while back, I found this meal prep video on YouTube, and let me just tell you, it was life changing. (No. I'm not being dramatic.) This video shows you step-by-step how to make five easy, one-pan recipes, which is perfect if you're just learning how to cook, or, you’re like me, and just want to make your weekly meal prep a little easier. I'm not a steak person, but I’ve made the salmon, chicken sausage, fajita bowls, and roasted veggies. So literally everything else. The best part is, if you're cooking for someone else, they'll be so impressed with the BEAUTIFUL meal you've prepared, when reallyyy the whole thing took you like 45 minutes.
