5 Full Body Partner Exercises

Working out is WAY more fun with friends! Grab your girl, your man, your mom- whoever!- and give these 5 partner exercises a try! To make this a 10 minute full body partner workout, do each exercise for 45 seconds, with a 15 second rest between each move. Once you've completed each exercise, rest for one minute, then repeat the circuit! Ready? Let’s do this!


+ Medicine ball, dumbbell, or another item you can pass to each other (literally a can will work)

+ Water

+ Sweat towel

Before you hit play:

+ Always warm up prior to any workout to prevent injury

+ Hydrate before, during, and after your workout

+ Listen to your body, and take breaks as needed

+ Stretch immediately following your workout to prevent muscle stiffness

+ After you stretch, refuel with a high protein, low carbohydrate meal, smoothie, shake, or snack
