5 Minute No Equipment Upper Body Workout
This 5 minute no equipment upper body workout is the perfect way to sculpt and tone your arms and shoulders! Just a disclaimer, this is NOT a full workout. I recommend going through this circuit at LEAST twice during a strength training workout, or after a cardio workout. To make it a full workout, do a minimum of four rounds.
Before you get started, read the following:
♡ Always warm up before beginning this, or any other workout
♡ Hydrate before, during, and after your workout, and take breaks as needed
♡ Stretch immediately following your workout, then refuel with a high-protein, low-carbohydrate meal, smoothie, or snack
